Had my van in for a seized brake calliper and new disks and pads, both sides and brake fluid change and two new hoses. I was impressed with the service I received first time I’ve been to ATS, went to see them Monday morning and Tuesday afternoon it was completed. Ino after May ATS Euromaster is closing down but the same staff will be there I think they said, on behalf of there new firm most importantly they was honest about the work, Thank you for sorting my van out lads.

Following a puncture in my front tyre I was able to get my car to ATS Wrexham. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They managed to order in the specific tyre and they had me back on the road within 24 hours. The 2 technicians that dealt with my car were Tony and Mike and I cannot speak highly enough of their commitment and customer service

Just done a 27 mile round trip for a pre-booked and paid for MOT only to be told there is no record of it and that if I wanted the test doing I’d have to wait 2 hours. Strangely they offered to cancel and refund this appointment that apparently didn’t exist. My wife, who made the booking, called to ask how they knew who to refund if there was no booking and got some nonsense about “we got the email but it didn’t go into the calendar”. If anyone from central ATS looks at this, please have a look at order 3419678 and if it turns out, as I suspect, that we have been lied to, then maybe you could get in touch with the Wrexham branch and have a word. Probably didn’t help the they clearly couldn’t give a monkey’s….

After looking around I got a good quote for 4 Michelin Crossclimate at ATS from Olly, also good advice on the ride and handling effects on my Z4. Booked in for fitting and I arrived a little early but Olly (again… seemed like the manager) got straight on it. Took less time than quoted and completed to a high standard. I would recommend on service and price. Very pleased with the new tyres, (the advice given by Olly was spot on) and my experience as a whole. Thanks.
