Bought two Michelin Cross climate and a wheel alignment as a result of potholes. Great service from ATS at a reasonable (cheapest by far) price. Definitely use again. Now to try and get Devon highways to pay for at least the damaged tyre. Easier said than done. Third loss in two years!!!

Easy booking process (although call was diverted through to a call centre). Friendly staff and to the point, they 110% sorted the wheel alignment out. I've tried several competitors in the area (one only a few doors away) but they all seem to fail and do more damage than good. I was recommended to ATS by wheel power as I was fed up of other local garages rounding nuts etc. Finally I've found my new go to garage in the area, thankyou.

Brilliant service received today with a visit on the off chance due to a slow puncture. I was met by Kelly who was efficient, polite and extremely helpful. After further investigation a screw was found lodged in the tyre. Sorted with excellent service from Blair who dealt with the paper work and payment. Very much appreciated the service given and I would fully recommend ATS Euromaster Torquay, thank you.

As others have said, customer service is lacking. A bit of staff refresher training would hopefully help, but then you still need the motivation to present yourself and be courteous upon a first greeting. I was also offered wrong advice which was then rectified elsewhere.

I wanted to discuss for new tyres with local Torquay branch. The phone number shown is now not recognised. The website then puts me through to central London office. This is not how I want to do business. If some from the local branch would like to contact me direct then I might reconsider!
