I've been visiting this place for few months. They are always welcoming and genuine. I usually received all my services from Jason and I really appreciate how detailed information and care he provided on my visits. This time the young lady was looking after my car and they did a great job. I will recommend using them and they have a customer for life.

Once again nothing but brilliant service from the Swindon Hobley Drive centre team. Had an MOT done last thing on a wet Friday afternoon in January and it was promptly carried out (and passed with no advisories !) and at a discount price using the Blue Light Card offer. Highly recommended.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE TODAY FROM THIS BRANCH OF ATS!!! PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING ANYTHING WITH THEM. THIS IS MY 1ST & LAST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!! From when I booked my MOT (Over 2 weeks ago) I've had a bad service. The guy had such a bad attitude over the phone. I advised him that I had spoken with the call centre who gave me available dates to choose from & I advised I would call back to book. When I called back I spoke to someone at the actual workshop this time & he basically told me that I was told lies & his attitude was "NOT MY FAULT MATE", no apology or anything about trying to figure out a date & time with me. Anyways (after prompting him), I booked the 27/01/2026 (today) with him & advised him that it was 2 days before my MOT was due. Today i turn up to my appointment as planned & I parked Infront of the MOT bay as it was empty & my appointment was only 5 mins away from starting. He advised me to move my van into a parking space (which I did), I walked back in & he took my keys & immediately moved my van into the MOT bay (there was no need for me to put it into a parking space basically). He the comes straight back in & goes "well that's over quick mate"... I obviously questioned why & he responded with "we don't do class 7 MOTs here", I then said to him, I've waited over 2 weeks for you to tell me that & I'm only two days away from my MOT expiring. He then advised me that it's not his fault because I didn't tell him over the phone (when I booked) that I have a van that is class 7. Now I'm no MOT expert (ATS are as far as I'm concerned, because you know... It's part of their day to day business)... But surely when I booked it in with my Reg & all, they would have told me that they can't do my MOT for me. I called around to try and sort out my MOT else where & explained that I need them to confirm whether they can MOT my van or not. After checking my reg, Some places said no & some places said yes. Now I have to wait 10 days till I can get my van MOT'd & I'm going to lose so much money, because if my van isn't on the road, I can't make money. I already lost money today as I had to refuse jobs because I had my MOT booked for today. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE TODAY FROM THIS BRANCH OF ATS!!! I tried booking an mot and service on line, I was happy with the price but their website wouldn't let my payment go through, tried another 2 cards but still no luck so I thought I'd drive along there in Monday morning. Greeted by a woman who told me she couldn't honour the on line price and to keep trying!! But I said I'm stood here in front of you and I can't get the payment through! So frustrated, so they lost my custom and her attitude was really bad as she said, If that's your car out there, can you move it as we may get a lorry come in and you're blocking the way which I absoulutely wasn't! I will never try to take my business there again.

Extremely rude and threatening behaviour This place honestly deserves -5 stars. I briefly entered the car park only to take a U-turn because the car wash lane was completely full. I was still sitting inside my car and was not parked, simply waiting for space to turn around. Suddenly the owner/boss came out angrily holding a tyre-removal tool, shouting at me aggressively and threatening that he would remove my tyre. This was completely shocking and intimidating, especially considering I had not done anything wrong. There was absolutely no reason for this level of aggression. Instead of speaking politely or asking me to move, he immediately became hostile and started shouting. The whole experience felt very disrespectful and discriminatory, and the behaviour was totally unacceptable for any business dealing with the public. I would strongly advise people to avoid this place if you expect basic respect and professionalism.
