Booked in to repair a puncture. Done promptly and efficiently. All tyre pressures checked, spare etc stowed properly and computer reset - without my having to ask. Excellent service.

Appalling and incompetent service. Took my car for 4-wheel alignment following some front end suspension work. Staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Upon driving home, I noticed that my steering wheel wasn't centered so I went back. They put it back on the ramp and then told me that the alignment was perfect but they couldn't set the steering wheel due to tread imbalance (one front wheel had about 1mm less tread than the other). 2000 miles later and a new set of tyres have been ruined as the alignment is still completely out. Avoid!

Made an appointment to have my tyres changed to winter tyres which I already owned. Arrived on time and was met by someone I had not spoken to who said they did not normally do this work and he would need to inspect the tyres first. That was fine as the tyres are nearly new and I understand the rationale but he was completely negative and was muttering about his colleague who had accepted the job under his breath. He then said he could not start work on it immediately. I said that, as explained to his colleague, I would have to wait so if asked he could do it as quickly as possible. He then said “I am not rushing it”. His attitude was pathetic. He again accused me of asking him to rush it. I simply told him that I had turned up on time and I would have to wait so I did not want to have to wait more than necessary for a job that would already take over an hour. He clearly did not want to do the job and was annoyed with his colleague for having accepted it. I told him not to bother. I went to Cranleigh kerbside tyres just down the road who could not have been more helpful, and were in fact cheaper.

Needed a new tyre which they didnt have in stock. Within a few hours it had been sourced and the car was ready to collect. Another issue was identified and fixed and the price was very reasonable, service very professional and friendly. Thank you!
