To all customers and the regional manager ATS garages need urgent staff re training and re employment if necessary. This is the second garage visit after first one at Park Royal has messed up with our tyres and installed all season tyres on front axle and left half worn summer tyres on the rear axle, making my gf”s car dangerous and illegal to drive. On top of that after booked another visit this time to St. Albans branch hoping for better service and understanding the guys offered only one tyre replacement on the rear axle so basically they wanted to make the car even worse with new all season tyres on the front, one new summer tyre on the rear and one half worn summer on the other side rear axle?! I have used ats in Hemel Hempstead and the guys were way better, understanding and professional, friendly too. But St Albans and Park Royal branches never again even you promise tyres for free. 👎

Suffered a puncture near-by whilst enroute to the north of England - it was mid afternoon, dark, wet and I still had 160 miles to go so didn't fancy 50 mph on a get you home spare. Asked for help - they were very busy - prepared to wait - but said they would fix it. Repaired in 15 minutes - all wheels inspected, checked and reported on and sent me on my way. Courteous, friendly and helpful. Very grateful - thanks guys.

Had tyre puncture change booked in and couldn’t fault the experience. Great customer service, all staff super friendly/helpful and working extra hard respecting health/safety measures during the current climate! Overall chuffed, will definitely return to this branch in the future - Thank you

They Fitted substitute summer tyres instead of the 4 all season ones I’d ordered without telling me! Had ordered 4 winter tyres as our tyres were not worn out but getting to the end of their life and was planning a Christmas trip to Cumbria, dropped car off and got call to collect it, but noticed tyres were not ones I had ordered but summer tyres. Told staff they had made a mistake but was told under their t and c’s they can substitute a replacement tyre if ordered tyres not available ( had been ordered them two days before on their website) but paperwork they gave me said they had fitted the correct tyres. Manager said they fit whatever gets delivered and don’t check they are correct tyres ordered I pointed out they are meant to be winter tyres for driving in snow not summer tyres but he said it’s nothing to do with them, he also said although I had ordered and paid for the tyres on their website it doesn’t mean they have them and they have a right to substitute the tyres with different ones. Several hours wasted because no one told me they didn’t have the correct tyres. Old ones were refitted and tyres ordered elsewhere for tomorrow. I wonder how many times they have done this without telling anyone, would you know what you were looking at and whether it was a cheaper substitution?

My booking was taken on time and my car was sorted to my satisfaction. Not only that but the technician came out and explained what was done and that if after a while the alignment settled and my steering was of centre just to pop in and that he would do the necessary adjustments. All covid procedures were followed to the letter. So I'm a happy customer and would recommend them to anyone
