Yesterday, December 5, 2025, I took my Audi A7 MTM to ATS Euromaster Sandown for service. On Monday, December 1, 2025, when I scheduled the service, I mentioned that I needed a Castrol 0W-40 oil and filter change. The request was accepted and noted on the order. However, yesterday, when I picked up the car, I discovered they had replaced it with cheaper and inferior Mobil One 5W-40 oil. This is a scam! I do not recommend this garage! To the customers of this garage: if you care about the durability of your engines, beware of them and make sure they use the high-quality oils and filters you need. It's best to buy the filters and oil yourself, have them change them, and be careful with them! I've never encountered such a scam! You, who claim to be the boss of ATS Euromaster Sandown, took my order and cheated me by using inferior oil. The day after the service, I came to you with Castrol 0W-40 oil, asking for a replacement and a refund for the faulty oil you put in my engine. Your employees saw this, and you acted arrogant and left. You refused to talk to me. You are not fit to be a boss. I recommend Crocker Street from New Port. Very friendly service, and they do everything correctly and precisely! I recommend them, especially for tuned cars. You can bring your oils and filters here and even watch them service. I highly recommend them. Very honest company!

I would just like to thank everyone at ATS Newport IOW for all the help they gave with my brake problem. From the first phone call to the handing back of the my keys, after the work was completed they were brilliant and so helpful. They managed to get the car in early and keep in contact with me all the way through and didn't force any unnecessary work or costs on me which is great for a big garage chain. I would just like to say thank you from both my wife and I as without your help our holiday on the ISLE would have been ruined so thanks again and keep up the great work and customer service
