Took my merc to get slow puncture tyre replaced.. still was losing pressure a week later so took it back and the advice and lengths these guys went to to help me out were legendary. They found a crack in the wheel and arranged for a separate company to do a weld repair on it and even drove the wheel to them and sorted it all for no extra cost. They then fitted it the next day no issues. Really friendly team and couldn’t fault them at all, will definitely use exclusively going forward. Also offered advice on other car matters. Genuine, honest, knowledgable and friendly blokes. 5*.

I booked an MOT for today at 10:30a.m 3 weeks ago. At 8:45am today they called me and cancelled my MOT appointment because their ramp is not working. My MOT was finishing on Monday 2nd of March so I needed to get it done today or tomorrow or else I wouldn’t be able to drive my car. If your ramp wasn’t worked I requested to them to book me an MOT as soon as possible. As a result of their mistake, they should rearrange the appointment but they didn’t. Instead they said I have book again the normal way which would take about 2 - 3 weeks to get. Due to their incompetence I will not be able to drive my car for the next few weeks. I trusted in ATS and they failed me even though they had already taken my money which they said they would refund but I haven’t received anything yet.

Took my car for new tyres ahead of its MOT since a different local garage had told me my rear tyres were 'perished' amongst other things. ATS said there was nothing wrong with my rear tyres and saw no need to replace them. They could have easily sold me new tyres and I wouldn't have questioned it. That's a tyre business telling me I didn't need new tyres and no charge. The car passed its MOT at Fylde Council faultlessly, no advisories. Thank you for your honesty ATS.

Had 4 new tyres fitted by these cowboys through blackcircles.. broke one of my rear allows during fitting process (£1.700 for replacement) they have refused all liability by saying I’ve told them it’s used for track days and drifting (cars never been on a track or drifted) so lying to avoid taking any responsibility for disgraceful work carried out and damage being caused to a very expensive wheel Stay as far away from these cowboys if you want tyres changing go somewhere else
