Very poorly managed branch, better avoid it. I had used ATS Euromaster in Guildford before and was very happy with their services. This time it was a complete letdown. I ordered 4 tires and dropped off my vehicle only to have them call me later to say they did not have the right tires. They offered me Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S for the same price, which added up to a small discount. When I went back to have the Michelin tires fitted, they put on the Pilot Sport 4, and not the S version. It's not a big difference in price but it does not inspire much credibility when they can't get it right twice in a row. It's almost a week later and I still have not received a receipt or any other documents.

Booked mobile brand new winter tyres and fitting two days before my departure day... booking cancelled from their end. Refund to be issued within 5-10 working days. safe to say I will not be booking again

Had my front tyres replaced at my home by ATS. Booked for Tuesday, that got moved to Wednesday due to stock availability. Waited in all day Wednesday because they give an all day timeslot of 8.30-17.30, to then receive a phone call at 17.45 that they can't do it today because the tyres didn't arrive. Despite receiving 5 different text messages and emails that day that said they had dispatched the job. When I received the call I asked why they waited all day to let me know that the tyres hadn't been delivered, to which they answered the tyrefitter didn't let them know until that time, which really isn't good enough. It's terrible customer service. Additionally, they then couldn't fit my tyres the next day, or give me a smaller time slot, so on Friday I've had to wait in all day again to get my tyres done.
