Booked in for 9:30am on a Saturday morning, promptly arrived but wasn't seen until 11:30. The garage wasn't overly busy but the lack of staff meant any issues tied up the staff for a long time. 2 hours waiting in a room with no TV, radio or anything to read was pretty poor. When I was seen the member of staff was apologetic and dealt with me in a courteous way. More staff needed.

Brilliant and friendly service, had car booked in for 2.30pm for wheel alignment, arrived early and the lads got car straight in and did the job professionally with no hassle, i will be using this ATS again for tyres, etc from now after previous garages had let me down with my alignment issue

Took my car here for 4 new tyres and 4 wheel alignment. They did a fantastic job and even cleaned the tyre soap off the new tyres. I've sent 3 family members there since my visit and there all impressed with the service

Excellent service and attention from the guys working here. They were very obviously under staffed and it was very busy but the manager Harry totally made my tyre replacement his priority and did everything he could to make me feel like my repair was as important as the other clients. It was also lovely to visit a garage on my own as a female and not feel intimidated or uncomfortable which is often the case when visiting other garages.

Absolutely fantastic! Been here a couple of times now and each visit has been quick, efficient and hassle free… Even when a problem has occurred (beyond their control) communication has been first class and it has always been sorted. Luke, Harry and the rest of the boys know how it’s done.
