Excellent customer care. Treated me and my vehicle with respect by a team working closely together to ensure you dont have to wait for a long time. Updating customers with progress if there are issues by phone. Advising me on appropropiate tyres and explaining the cost verses the mileage i actually do per year........saving me money, but keeping us safe. I highly reccommend ATS Euromaster Pensby.

I took my car here as usual as I was experiencing problems and there was an illuminated light on the dashboard. They scanned the car and it needed spark plugs. After leaving the garage, on my way home, I discovered one of the indicators wasn't working. I took it straight back and they told me that a bulb had blown. Even though they were on their lunch break, the guys changed the bulb for me and without any problems I was on my way home again. Very professional guys who I would always trust to look after my car.

Rang on a Monday morning with a dramatic break problem with my car, took it in and within an hour the problem had been diagnosed and within a few hours I had my car back. Given it happened on 22.12.25, I didn’t think anybody would be able to help until after Christmas, but I was surprised and thrilled to be sorted and on my way. A lovely team and I am very grateful.

Great service and communication. Faultless and the lads were great. Would certainly recommend. Tyres and a 4 wheel alignment is under an hour. Brilliant to be honest.

Took my car for two new tyres only for them to break my locking wheel nut key due to botching the job. Offered nothing in return and just stood looking at me like a zombie. Now I have to order a full new set of locking nuts and key from Nissan and will being going to proper garage to get my tyres replaced. Take your car here if you want parts broken.
