I was met by very Polite and professional staff when I arrived. I did arrive 25 minutes early for my appointment but they started fitting my tyres straight away. They acted quickly and professionally and I was on my way in no time at all. They did break one of the centre caps to my alloy wheels but I forgave them as they are 20 years old 🙂 I managed to find replacements for not a lot of money. 🙂

I visited ATS Leeds Morley today because my car dealer told me my tyre wear was getting close to 3 mm, which made me very worried. The staff here were amazing. One staff member immediately checked my tyres and confirmed everything was fine — the dealer had made a mistake. He also kindly taught me how to check my tyre wear myself. Very professional, friendly and patient. Thank you so much for your help! Highly recommended! 👏

ATS Euromaster at Morley. Great service I had 2 special requests for the work on my cars and nothing too much trouble for them to act on these. Liam was very friendly and professional and it will be my default tyre place from now on. I wish more places would give as good a service.

Had a serious problem after a job on my car, but the reason I'm leaving 5 stars is for the way the team handled it. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what matters is what happens next. The management team took full responsibility, didn't try to pass the blame, and acted quickly to get the car repaired. They stood by their service and put it right, no fuss & quickly. Genuinely impressed by their accountability - something that feels increasingly rare nowadays. Thank you

Recently had four tyres fitted here. Normally use another ATS nearer to me but unfortunately that one closed recently. However I could not fault these guys at Morley Branch. Really helpful and professional, kept me informed of progress too.
