Disaster! Pothole swallowed our wheel and tyre whilst on Christmas holiday from Cornwall. The staff here were absolutely fantastic. Found two correct tyres for an XC90 and fitted them while we waited, even though they were obviously already stretched and booked. First class service, thank you so much. Holiday resumed with a little less drama .

Arranged an appointment for my elderly Mum to get a new battery fitted. Staff were very courteous, helpful and efficient. All done and dusted in 20 minutes. Delighted.

Unfortunately customer service is not this garages strong point. After breaking down at 8pm last night and being towed to the nearest garage due to having 2 flat tyres and a locking wheel nut key that was rounded which left me unable to get my wheels off. I was recovered at 2am this morning. I was dropped off at ATS and slept outside. The garage opened at 08.30 so I went in and explained my situation. The only response was sorry nothing I can do. I explained I was 2 hours from home and could they recommend anyone. "Not really". After pretty much begging the member of staff he gave me a sticky note with a number on advising me that this person dealt with locking wheel nuts. I asked if I could get someone to remove my locking wheel nuts would they fit me 2 tyres to get home. I was told no they're fully booked. I responded and advised that my van was in the car park and asked was I ok to sit in it while I tried to sort the issue? The response was yes but as long as it's not left here for long. Like a few days. I don't know where he thinks I'm going to drive it. I've now called a locking wheel nut specialist who can remove them and also called a local tyre fitter who will also be coming out. I understand that there are appointments and I don't expect special treatment but I do think sometimes compassion and thinking how you would feel in someone else's situation goes along way.

An excellent service, got a puncture on Saturday and needed a tyre asap as was travelling to see family on Sunday the chap at ATS was able to find me a tyre and fit me in between jobs so I could be on my way, disaster averted, thank you, well worth the 5 stars.

The service was brilliant the staff went above and beyond to get my car sorted and even gave me a lift home as they needed to keep the vehicle overnight
