I had a 12 PM booking for a four-wheel alignment and arrived at 12:03 PM. I had even called on Thursday to confirm the appointment, and a staff member told me I could turn up anytime between 12 and 1.
When I arrived, I explained to the service advisor that I had booked online. The response I got was “f*** sake,” which immediately set the tone. The advisor was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I had already been standing in the office for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and when they finally did, there was no attempt to listen, check the booking properly, or resolve anything—just attitude from start to finish.
I ended up leaving without any work being done. The customer service was absolutely shocking, and I won’t be returning. This kind of behaviour would never have happened when Dan McAnulla owned the place.
I was completely reasonable throughout, especially having confirmed the appointment days beforehand. I work with appointments myself, and even when something isn’t visible or gets missed, you do your best to honour it. This experience was the total opposite. With a simple explanation, I would have happily come back next week—but the attitude was utterly abhorrent.
Take your business elsewhere.
Edit to add: I have added two stars for the follow up to this review. Management have followed up on my concerns and are going to put things right, and that is good customer service, when things go wrong, none of us are robots.

Booked my wife’s car in for two tyres and a wheel alignment for 9am. When I arrived, I explained to the service advisor that I had booked online using my daughter’s registration number because the system wouldn’t accept a Republic of Ireland plate. Instead of helping, the advisor was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No attempt to listen or resolve the issue — just attitude. I ended up leaving without any work being done. Absolutely shocking customer service and I won’t be returning.

They checked my car and said I needed 4 new brake pads, 4 new discs and 1 caliper.
To me this means nothing, so I said do what needs done and agreed.
They quoted me total of £600 and they needed to find another part and will try get the cheapest but they range from £200-£340 because of my make of car.
So up to a total of £940.
Went and got the car back, took it to another garage, got new brake pads and discs, turns out I didn’t need a caliper.
It cost £200.
Far from the £940 they quoted me.
Honestly not sure if it was because I was a female, or just because I displayed having no clue about cars.

We were on a road trip when we had a tyre indicator alert.
Luckily we were near Derry and called in to NW Tyres. They promptly checked all 4 tyres and reset our indicator with humour and friendliness and sent us on our way for no charge. Thanks!
