(7/2/26) Leaving a review as I saw a review off someone called: Andy Bancroft, and thought it was incredibly unfair of him to leave that 1 star review. First time here as I had my wifes car in for a puncture and Im new to Leyland, This morning I discsovered a nail in the tyre on the drive this morning and called up first thing and got booked in, I was sat down in the reception this afternoon waiting when a young man took my keys off me to sort my problem out. My car was sorted quickly in about 30 minutes and the price was more than I thought it would be but reasonably fair. £34.50 While i was sat down a older man came in an asked for his car to be looked at, he did not sound to be booked in and the garage seemed to be quite busy given only 2 people were working today. He was told they couldn't help him today and was offered monday, he shouted abuse at the staff member and stormed out. He mentioned in his review about customer service and expectations... Well what do you expect shouting and hurling abuse at staff members!?!?! You cant expect them to drop everything they're doing to sort out your problem! As he has lied, I have reported his review to Google and hope it gets taken down. I will be coming here again but hopefully not too soon, as the staff seem to be honest and also willing to help when possible.

Had my MOT test carried out here several times over the years but I feel the last MOT test carried out a week before expiry 2nd week in January was poorly done. Car was failed on an engine mounting. Purchased said part and had to wait 2 weeks for delivery, realised job too big for me, ATS said they couldn't do the repair. Took to a specialist who on inspection told me the engine mounting was fine, it was a gearbox mounting that was failing - poor wording by the tester. Also suspension arms needed urgent replacement (missed by ATS). This has now turned into a very expensive job as I'd ordered the parts from the German manufacturer, these are not needed, I've got another load of parts to order now all while being without a car. Great service and friendly helpful staff. Never get the feeling that they are just carrying out work for the sake of it. Vehicle was in for the time that was specified and contact was made when there were any issues to discuss. Used on multiple occasions now.

Called in here Thursday morning for a new tyre fitting as it had a nail in the sidewall on the van, asked if they could do it sometime that day as I was working nearby and had an account with them. Was told it would be at least Saturday before they could do it? I told them I don't know why my company has an account with them as it's a waste of time. The guy behind the counter said thanks for nothing on my way out? I managed to get sorted at a nearby tyre station and let my company know. As this has happened with ATS before many times my company will be withdrawing its account as it's not fit for purpose. As we are a multi million pound company with a huge amount of vehicles up and down the country i feel you have made a massive mistake. p.s Thanks for nothing.

Unfortunately they let me down badly, and their online centre can't even get an answer from them on the phone. At least the guy I spoke to at Leyland after ordering was honest saying they do have issues with tyre deliveries. Asked for a refund.
