Went to get my tyres changed and they got dirty grease all over my seats. I emailed to complain and they were useless, denying that it was even caused by them because apparently they use sheets. I'm not blind, no sheets were used when he drove my car. Don't bother going here, they'll ruin your car and customer service is non existent.

The team at ATS Euromaster Hanworth were extremely helpful and professional. Not only did I receive a call on the day of making the booking inviting me to bring my car in a day earlier than originally scheduled but the slot was adhered to, the tires were fitted promptly and I appreciated being talked through their process and any concerns or insight they had to share. The team were friendly and engaging to boot with a personal demeanor (despite it being a miserable, wet & windy day). Very impressed and will definitely recommend.

Had a great experience here today! After receiving poor service from a car dealership, I was really in need of getting my undertray fitted properly. I came across ATS Euromaster Hanworth and they immediately understood what I needed — they told me to pop back at 5pm and sorted everything out for me right away. What really stood out was that they didn’t even charge me for the fix. The team — a few young lads — showed real pride in their work and genuine care for their customers. It’s rare to find service like that these days. I’ll definitely be coming back for any exterior or mechanical issues in the future. Thank you again to the team at ATS Euromaster Hanworth! 👏

Mustafa was very helpful today when I took my car in with a faulty car battery. He was able to fit us in between appointments and change the battery there and then. Very helpful, friendly and 20% off the cost of the battery. One happy customer! Thank you.
