I ordered and paid for 4 new tyres online to ve serviced at ATS within days. I arrived to a friendly welcome, warm and open seating area, there was parking available onsite before they service your vehicle, and they are easy to find off the main road. The service was on time and fast. I was out within 35 minutes. The front desk was busy with deliveries and calls, but engaged and retained friendly while multitasking. I sat in the open view area and could watch my car being worked on. They had music playing in the garage and it was a quieter environment as I was an end of day appointment and there was no delays.the garage appeared tidy and informative with posters, pricing and products on the walls. I would recommend for tyres. Many thanks.

Excellent service from the moment I made my purchase online to arriving at the workshop to have my new tyres fitted. Courteous, efficient staff. Vehicle checked, tyres fitted and wheels balanced in a timely fashion.

I ordered two new tyres online for fitting at the Gloucester St. Oswald's Branch. The time of appointment was 4.30pm on a Friday afternoon. I received a warm greeting when I entered the store from a friendly member of the team. He pulled up my details on the system quickly, and then proceeded to complete the job in about 15 minutes without any issues. I wouldn't hesitate to use this garage again for tyre fitting. The price was very reasonable compared to other local competitors.

Awful, awful awful. I cannot encourage u enough to never use this outlet ever for work. There appreciation of a customer and their needs/predicament is non-existent. Absolutely no acceptance of fault or blame on their part for a fault in the supply of my tyres, which I needed for an MOT. No willingness to fix the issue they created, not the common decency to contact me after our initial chat to say there is nothing they can do. Just an email cancelling my order, a pithy apology and refund issued. Unacceptable, business can't be that bad if u can afford to treat customers like this and not worry about losing business. I will never be going back to ATS in Gloucester. Update 18 Dec 25. So not only has it taken 2 months for ATS to provide a response to this comment it is ill informed and inaccurate. Yes they do not have to respond, but if u do choose to do so, get your facts right. I have written a formal complaint and received an unsatisfactory response that did everything to blame everyone else apart from them. So if u are a contractor supporting ATS Euromaster, beware they will throw u under the bus. Having responded to ATS Euromasrer they have now completely ignored me to date. Like I said the most unprofessional, arrogant I organisation I have ever had the displeasure to interact with. Do not ever use, they do not respect their customers, and they have no ability to look after their customers nor accept blame or fix their problems/mistakes.

I’m very disappointed with the service. I booked a tyre rotation and paid £40, but only after the work was done was I told that it wasn’t possible to carry out the wheel alignment. If they had informed me beforehand, I could have arranged to have everything done in one place. Instead, I had to go to another garage and spend an additional £48 to get the alignment done. Very poor communication and lack of transparency with customers. I would not recommend this place.
