Had to cancel first appointment as I ended up in hospital that day, they told me not to worry and just call to rebook when I was able, job was all done nice and easy at a convenient time when I was out of hospital.

I took my car in on the off chance that they’d be able to have a Quick Look at it as the engine warning light came on as I was driving home. They sorted me out straight away and were really helpful, thank you!

My daughter had the unfortunate experience this morning to use ATS Flint when she had a slow puncture and called in to get the tyre checked. The employee / company representative met her and she explained her case. The representative called her a foreigner and said he would need subtitles to understand her although she is Irish and living in England / Wales this 15 years with no issues previously. He totally humiliated and degraded her although she is a professional person and when she told him she would like the car repaired for 4pm as she has to pick up her child he said he didn't care as its not his car that needs fixed and not his problem. Is this the service expected from ATS Flint as a recognised business company who are assisting female persons in need and they have to take this abuse from an employee. Is this the racist attitude directed towards female Irish persons in distress from a company representative acceptable.

I purchased a tyre for my mum's car. She turned up and was treated well, had the job done and then left. The staff were all great with her, and she appreciated that. Will be using ATS again.
