Had a wonderful experience at ATS euro master slade road. I think the chap name was John. Been such a while since I received such great customer service. Had a air recon on my Golf today. Was in and out in couple hours. Everything was explained and the staff are open and honest. Really appreciate the service and would highly recommend.

There was no option for a ZERO STAR Well I came in for 2 new tyre and tracking was told back discs are lipping and need changing I said "oh no are they bad" What he didn't know they were changed 1 week prior to having tyres fitted, and had old discs in my boots 😄 bloke didn't know what to say to that,walked to my car done something n asked were disc or pads changed? I said both were changed. He went red faced then went on about there not coated "Stfu" brake haven't even done 200 miles yet and they are branded discs!! I WON'T be visiting there again trying to suck as much money as possible out of people. I feel sorry for the customers who believe their advice

I called into a garage to check my tyre pressures but the air connector to the tyre was letting air out and not in, so before I lost to much air I drove to ATS and spoke to a really nice gentleman who i can only assume was the manager, I explained what was happening and I wasn’t sure if it was the valve, “not a problem” he said and came out and checked that his air hose fitted snuggly onto the valve to which in did and proceeded to put the correct pressure into the tyre, then to my surprise he asked if I wanted the others checked at no charge! Let me what it tells you something? Price isn’t always that important when you get customer (Member of the public) service such as this, therefore ATS you will have my custom from now on! Thank you

To be clear this feedback is to ATS Euromaster. I had 2 tyres all went well, staff we good with no complaints. But when I come to paying, The staff member needed my email to send the document I signed. I do not give out me email as you just get junk, open to data breach and you miss the important emails. But then I found there staffs ****BONUS IS ATTACHED TO EMAILS. ****** This is extremely bad practice and is widely known to have many potential GDPR implicashions, and puts staff in a situation to make email up to get bonus. I would have thort ATS had better standards after all these years. I asked them to print it they could not?? Terry

The best branch of ATS. I really admire their accountability to the customers and their humble response to all the queries. I've been to several mechanic shops, several automotive shops, as far as I'm concerned the people in here are technically strong and great in addressing our issues. They are clearly organised and there is no delay on appointments. They deliver the repairs, MOT at the right time as they promised. The workers go above and beyond the system to provide the atmost value to the customers. I personally liked the person who took care of my MOT. He was very concerned about my car and he cared to show me what was under the car and advised me to have a proper look. Very good team. Kuddos.
