Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fitted in my tyre repair between jobs. Have a feeling they could do with someone running the front desk as the techs have more than enough work to get on with, an admin assistant would help them alot.

Absolutely faultless experience from start to finish. Car was booked in, dropped off on the morning of the booking and left with them. They called me to explain the problem and gave me a quote and I was asked if I’d like to continue. I confirmed I did and received a call when the job was done. All in the same day. Very polite when on the phone and very friendly and polite when I went to pick up the car. 100% happy with my experience and would very happily put my trust in them again

I had my car serviced, new brake pads and a tyre fitted here today. The service I received from Henry and his colleague was excellent from start to finish. They contacted me with the quote, and called me as soon as the car was ready. Very happy customer! Strongly recommend

I always use ATS Didcot for my tyres and always get professional, fairly priced and friendly service. Today I took my car in to check the steering alignment having had issues after repairs at another garage. The man at ATS was so kind, honest and helpful and fixed it in less than half an hour. I am so grateful and will definitely be going back in the future.

After one pleasant visit I had made another booking for a week later. When the day and the time of booking arrives and I was there at the exact time and date I just found out that the guy who made the booking was on holiday and he didn't put my booking into the garage system so I had no choice but to booked it again for a week later and after I asked for a proof of the booking I received a visit card with the time and date written on it, I left. I came back a week later and this time at the reception it was a guy from a different garage that he was just covering for someone else and he is telling me that no booking was made despite me showing him the visit card with his colleague writing on it. So I had only 2 options: to break the guy's neck on the spot or to leave this review on their page so as you can read, my good nature prevailed and I choose the last option.👌😒😅
