Booked my car in advance for the exhaust to be looked at. Turned up first thing to drop the key off as I had to be in work and was met with hostility by a guy with a tattoo on his hand. Anyway I got a phone call just after mid day to say ‘sorry there is nothing we can do’. To be honest it looked and sounded like they couldn’t bothered! No apology or nothing when I picked up my keys, just attitude. As I need my car for work I immediately rang around some other local garages whom were very helpful and happy of the business even though very busy this time of year. They took it on straight away no problem. Whatever you do don’t go to this joke of a garage in Denbigh. If I could give it a 0/10 I would.

Such a good, friendly, helpful and hardworking team at Denbigh. Tried their best to repair my tyre and sorted the replacement for the next day when they couldn’t. Cheers, gents.

Very impressed with your online ordering system, which allowed me to choose the service I required at a time that was convenient for me, and pay then and there. The appointed day arrived, and I was able to leave my car in the ample carpark provided and come back and pick it up at the end of the day.

As a returning customer for four new Michelin Primacy 5 tyres all I can say is the the service received at ATS Denbigh is first class. Chris and Alistair always go above and beyond. Their product knowledge and expertise are exemplary. They are efficient, precise & get the job in a timely manner. The site is clean, tidy and well organised. There are alot of tyre fitters around the Denbigh area but ATS is the best by far. Highly recommended to all friends and family. A⭐️
