Excellent customer service. John was my MOT saviour 😂! Even though the garage was fully booked, he fitted me
in and got my car tested the same day. The team was efficient, profesional and friendly, a truly reliable garage I would recommend to anyone.

I take my car today for an MOT. The person who was doing the MOT seemed not qualified to do because he failed my car MOT for the reason one of the headlight much brighter. Then I have taken my car to Kia specialist and they said to that everything is completely normal. That means he was being raciest towards me. I would not recommend anyone to do Mot with this store.
This person when sat in my car initially the engine was on and he tried to on again and I had turn off the engine and turn on again.

I’ve taken my Range Rover evoque here on 2 occasions - first time for a silver service where I was told needed a new battery - got this replaced - 2 days later warning lights regarding charging system flash up - I break down - turns out alternator belt had snapped - on getting recovered to the Protyre garage - they did replace the alternator belt free of charge as this would have been checked in the silver service but stated they had nothing on their system to say a silver service was done?
Then today, car failed MOT at another garage for a broken front coil spring, booked in to have work done at Protyre as garage didn’t offer this service - had 2 rear Tyres and 2 front coil springs replaced - £983 😩 on talking to another mechanic/garage I have been informed that this is extortionate pricing and should have been no more than around £700.
Have also been told on both occasions that my car exhausts them and made to feel like a nuisance to them.
Not happy at all and after 2 negative experiences I will not be returning.

Visited the Protyre team in Caterham yesterday for a 4 tyre upgrade on my Citroen Berlingo. From my arrival, the team was very welcoming, I spoke with John at the front desk who booked me in, and he went the extra mile his catch phrase is we don't panic around hear we keep calm, get the job done & keep customers happy which is exactly what my experience was. Great team, great environment well done Protyres your stars 🌟 only go to to 5 but I'll add another 5 because the team deserves it

I have been frequenting this place for several years.
This time my honda needed a mot. A nice gentleman, not only told me, but specifically lifted the car to comfortably show me how many brake pads were still left to be replaced. Good price for a mot.
