Came in with screw in tyre and noise from passenger side suspension. Mechanic at ATS found broken spring. They showed me what was wrong. Advised urgent repair. They where able to fix issues quickly and for an excellent price (under £300 for two replacement springs / fitting / tyre repair). Excellent service, will definitely be returning to this garage.

I bought a specific brand of tyre as I want to keep the same brand on the front axle. On the day of my appointment, I was disturbed to come earlier than my appointment because they want to close the shop early. I had to make special arrangements for our childcare to accommodate their request, only to be told in the shop that they were going to fit a different brand of tyre because the one I requested is not available. You wasted my time as now I have to wait for another appt with another shop, my gas money, my childcare money, and ruined my day. Hence, the 1 star review. Also, I will be anxiously waiting for this refund that you can only do on monday.

Went in with a £40 Groupon air-con regas voucher and walked out with a £350 bill for 2 new front tyres and wheel alignment!! 😂

It would have been 1, two years ago but they have obviously changed management or have finally realised if they want costumers to come back. They have to be a whole lot more honest, which it appears they are. They have advised I need 2 shock absorbers so I might even get them to do that now. Great service Thanks

The whole team at Basingstoke are brilliant. Reece in particular is extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help. I won’t take my car anywhere else. He always goes above and beyond to ensure the work carried out is to the highest standard.
